Service Description

A 2-hour kinesiology service including a physical assessment and program demonstration. The first hour is dedicated to a thorough assessment by a kinesiologist to determine your current physical condition, analyzing your strength, flexibility, endurance, movement, and posture. This assessment allows for the development of a personalized exercise program tailored to your goals and abilities, while also helping to prevent injuries and track your progress. The second hour is devoted to the program demonstration, ensuring you fully understand each movement, the proper posture, and the necessary techniques. You can ask questions and receive practical advice, guaranteeing you are well-prepared to follow your program independently and effectively. Here, you book the first hour (the physical assessment) and choose whether you would like it to take place at the clinic or in your home. The second hour (program demonstration) will be scheduled in person with the kinesiologist.
