Group classes focused on mobility are specially designed for residents of retirement homes, providing a safe and effective way to improve both physical and mental well-being. Led by kinesiologists specialized in working with older adults, these classes ensure a secure, individualized approach for each participant. Sessions include gentle, controlled movements aimed at improving flexibility, balance, and coordination without increasing the risk of injury.
