Service Description

Kinesiology for senior living residences. We offer professional guidance to ensure exercises are performed correctly and safely. Our kinesiologists supervise exercise sessions, make adjustments, and provide advice to maximize benefits while minimizing the risk of injury. Our monthly packages: 1 hour per week ($90 + tax per hour) 2 hours per week ($75 + tax per hour) 3 hours per week ($60 + tax per hour) * Packages can be adjusted, e.g., two 30-minute sessions instead of 1 hour. * In-home visits: $10 surcharge per trip (for residences other than Graham, Le St-Charles, Cherbourg, and Cité Rive). * Semi-private training: $20 surcharge per person per hour.
