Free 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals by phone or virtual appointment (program update) leading up to the program demonstration (1 hour). * Home visits: $10 additional charge per visit * Semi-private training: $20 additional charge per person per hour Here, you book the 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals, and the 1-hour program demonstration will be scheduled with the kinesiologist.
